Software Maintenance Fees
For many years Track’Air has succeeded without charging for software maintenance. Our desire to continue upgrading and maintaining our software to keep up with the latest technological innovations now makes it a necessity.
The fees are extremely reasonable considering the complexity of the software and the continual development of our hardware/software innovations.
The maintenance fee includes all of the following:
• 24/7 Customer support via email (please use telephone support only when absolutely required)
• 24 hour bug fixes for SnapSHOT, 48 hour bug fixes for other severe bugs, one week for bugs for which a work around exists
• Minor software updates per year delivered via our FTP site
