Equipment Repair Policy

Occasionally you may need to return a piece of equipment for some type of repair. In order to streamline our process and to facilitate a smooth transition to our electronics department we require the following:

• E-mail shirley@trackair.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

• Provide your shipping account information and the preferred type of service so we can bill your account for the return shipment

• Provide the name, address and phone number of where you want us to return the shipment

• Provide a detailed description of the problem, in the e-mail as well as with the shipment

Please DO NOT send any equipment without a proper RMA. The RMA will give you the necessary shipping instructions and where to send it.

Your adherence to this policy will allow the repair to move quickly through our Electronic and Testing Departments. Thank you for your cooperation.
